RIDING ... YOGA ... VIDEO / discussion of each lesson

INDIVIDUALIZED INSTRUCTION - each rider will be
evaluated according to individual riding level;
learning will build on the basis of existing skills

RIDING GYMNASTICS - exercises in yoga fashion
(off the horse) to promote suppleness for better riding

LECTURE / Q and A opportunity following clinic

LESSON OPTIONS :

Private 1 hour (approx. 50 min. riding with10 min. review)
Semi-private 1 hour (same as above) (max. 2 riders)
Private ½ hour (approx. 25 min. riding with 5 min. review)
Dressage, jumping, riding gymnastics, and training are available
YOGA session – YOGA in relation to your riding (clinic participants and
non-participants are welcome)
All riders can have their lesson videotaped – no private taping is
       permitted – ( bring a VHS tape if you wish to obtain a copy of your ride -
         there will be a separate, additional charge for this service)
Mr. Mayer will be conducting review / discussion / Q and A
       of the videos during or immediately following each ride

Auditors welcome - half day or full day

INDOOR ARENA / "Trailer - ins" welcome
Proof of current Coggins test will be required as well as up to date vaccinations.

All participants will be required to sign a professional release form in advance.

Payment is expected w/ your reservation. Scheduling your ride commits you to pay unless the lessons for the day are cancelled due to the weather, you cancel at least 7 days prior to the final scheduling date, or a replacement can be found.
