YOGA :   There are numerous physical benefits to be gleaned from the practice of yoga.

    
The positive effects of this practice on classical riding are - greater flexibility and the ability to BALANCE,  increased awareness,  enhanced ability to concentrate and meditate (meditation on the horse which gives one a deeper insight into his nature).

    
Ability to meet demanding goals in equestrian endeavor (such as the rigors involved with international competition) will definitely be enhanced by incorporation of yoga into one's daily regimen and personal lifestyle.

 
   PILATES Classes are now being offered    


RIDING GYMNASTICS  :    Too many riders are fixed in their riding position.  Being able to ride ALL gaits on your horse in various positions and keeping a relaxed - yet firm - seat while doing exercises on the longe line enhances the adaptability of the rider to the horse.

VAULTING  :   The teaching of vaulting skills to riders at a young age has brought more gymnasticized riders into the fields of equestrian competition.
